Hotel structure lease


We look for hotels located in big cities with at least 50 rooms located in the North and Central Poland. Basic conditions of cooperation are the following:
  • The lease period is minimum 10 years with a preference right to prolong the lease
  • The lease of the building with capital equipment
  • The lease installments payable monthly. The amount of installments is always individually agreed.
  • Security of the lease

Hotel structure management


Aksjon hospitality offers also the operational management of the structure and the entire infrastructure on behalf and at the expense of the owner by means of a direct manager acting as a Hotel Director at the expense of Aksjon hospitality, a permanent operational supervision, and complementary services rendered by our team. We look for hotels located in big cities with at least 50 rooms located in the North and Central Poland. Basic conditions of cooperation are the following:
  • Management period of minimum 2 years
  • Operational, strategic, replacement budgeting of the activity
  • Human resources management, including the implementation of staff, pay, and motivation policies, recruitment, employment and reduction on behalf of a special purpose vehicle, training, personnel costs optimization
  • Elaboration of a sales strategy and implementation of sales and distribution activities
  • Responsibility for the hotel commercial policy, including the prices of hotel services, surface lease rates, discounts, crediting, supervision of settlements, etc.
  • Negotiation of commercial conditions with suppliers, providing of optimum conditions for the flow of supplies
  • Maintaining of the hotel in a good technical condition, including indispensable changes, improvements and completions, supervision of repair, replacement and investment processes
  • Complete storage management
  • Supervision on accounting, debt collection, keeping of documentation according to the legal regulations

Expected remuneration for fulfilling the hotel operator duties:

1. Permanent part: a fee for the management amounting to ...% of the gross revenue, settled monthly, not less than net... (to be agreed with the structure owner).

2. Changeable part: ...% of the net operational revenue, settled quarterly.

3. A marketing fee amounting to ...% of the gross revenue for additional actions supporting sales and marketing of hotel services realized by Aksjon hospitality. The fee is settled monthly.
